Privacy notice
This notice explains what AyeLoop, Inc. ("AyeLoop", "we") collects when you join the AyeLoop waitlist on ayeloop.com, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. AyeLoop, Inc. is responsible for this information (the controller). Last updated 19 October 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your name, email address and company name, as you enter them;
- the time you joined;
- the IP address you joined from, and the location details Cloudflare derives from it (see below);
- the page you joined from, and the campaign tags in its link if there are any (for example
utm_source); - whether your address is at a work domain or a free email provider, which we use to decide the order in which we invite people;
- where your entry stands (waiting, invited or removed) and when we sent your confirmation email.
We store the IP address you joined from, and location details Cloudflare derives from it (country, region, city, postal code, approximate coordinates, timezone and network operator), with your entry, to prioritise invitations and to detect and stop abuse and fraud. They are deleted with your entry.
We don't store your browser's user agent. To stop automated sign-ups, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automation, and we count attempts per network: for that we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for the hour it counts, then delete it.
We also email copies of new sign-ups (your name, email address and company, with your country, the page you joined from and the time) to our team's mailbox; at busy times some are held back and only counted in a daily summary. We delete these copies, and the messages in Postmark's message history, when we delete your entry or when you ask us to.
Why we collect it
To contact you about access to AyeLoop and about its launch, to decide the order in which we invite people, and to detect and stop abuse and fraud. We don't use it for anything else.
We don't sell it
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use. The only companies that handle them are the service providers listed below, on our behalf.
How long we keep it
While you're on the waitlist, for at most 24 months after you joined. Once we invite you, we delete your entry 90 days later. Then it's gone.
How to be removed
Email privacy@ayeloop.com from the address you joined with and we'll delete your entry, along with any copy in our team's mailbox and in Postmark's message history. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the waitlist, and runs the Turnstile check.
- Postmark sends the confirmation email to you and a notice of your sign-up to our team.
